Usually not. Inside Orlando city limits, most residential fences 6 feet or under don’t need a permit. Other cities, unincorporated county addresses and HOAs set their own rules. We handle permits when one’s needed and build to the code for your address.
We build to the height and style rules your HOA allows and supply the drawings and material specs most HOAs ask for.
Yes. We build pool barriers to Florida code: at least 48 inches tall, no gaps that pass a 4-inch sphere, and self-closing, self-latching gates that open outward.
