Mark Savage
Sales & Estimating
I have been in the fencing industry since leaving the Navy in 1996, so know that you have one of the most experienced estimators in Central Florida working with you. In this industry, details matter. In our conversations walking your property, you may notice me asking seemingly mundane questions or bringing attention to a feature of your yard you never noticed. I may have nudged you away from an idea you had or opened your eyes to a possibility you never considered. I look at your project as if it were my yard. My home. I look forward to working with you.
James Cartolbano
Installations & Final Inspection
James is going to be coming out to your property and managing the crew that will be doing the install. Once they are done, he will take you, the county officials, or the HOA president through the final inspection to obtain the seal of approval.
Why Orlando
Homeowners Pick Us
Anyone can put posts in the ground. The difference shows up in year three, after the storms, the sun, and the shifting Florida sand.
Most people calling us have already been burned, or they know someone who was. The contractor who quoted one price and invoiced another. The crew that left ruts across the lawn. The company that stopped answering after the check cleared.
We built All County Fence to be the opposite of that call. Every quote is a fixed written price. Every property line gets verified and every utility gets marked before a single post hole is dug. Every fence is built to Florida code, with the post depth and wind rating this state actually requires, not the spec sheet from a supplier in Ohio.
The proof is public. 200+ five-star reviews from homeowners across Orange, Seminole, and Osceola counties, and 20 years of fences still standing in neighborhoods where we do repeat work for the neighbors.
The Price We Quote Is the Price You Pay
Your written quote is fixed. No unexpected change orders halfway through the project. No surprise line items on the final invoice.
Permits and HOA Paperwork Handled
We handle the county permit and submit the HOA architectural paperwork for you. You don’t have to chase anyone down.
Property Lines Verified Before We Dig
We confirm your survey and coordinate 811 utility marking before installation. Your fence goes where it legally belongs.
Built for Florida Weather
Proper post depth, concrete footings, and wind-rated hardware. Materials selected to stand up to Florida sun, humidity, storms, and sandy soil.
Our Crews
The team that shows up works for us. 3 crews, trained in-house and held to the same standard on every job.
We Answer After Installation
Warranty questions, gate adjustments, or storm damage. Same number. Same team. We’re still here when you need us.
